Faith a midfielder, Millie a striker, Imogen and Joanne both wingers all join after playing for Kirrie Thistle CFC last season.

One of the U16’s coaches, Dean Boath commented: “We’re over the moon with signing 4 highly capable players to strengthen our team heading into the new season. They’ve been training with the group for a couple weeks now and have settled in really quickly with the squad. We can’t wait to give them their debuts in our pre-season game against Arbroath this Saturday morning”.

He then looked ahead to the 2022 season: “We’re looking forward to the new season kicking off on the 19th and hope to improve on a solid previous season. The squad have come back with extra hunger to put the wrongs right this season and it has shown in training and it will be great to get some game time in before kicking off the season. The new faces and extra competition for places has brought a new freshness and added a new level of intensity to training with the whole squad working hard and pushing each other. We’re looking forward to seeing the team continue to develop over 2022”
