The club are delighted to welcome Ryan McConville as our new Head Coach and Club Technical Director. 

Ryan comes with a very impressive CV having coached in Ireland, South Africa, Russia, China and the USA. His latest coaching position was in fact in Farmington, Connecticut with FSA!  

As head coach at Linfield Ladies in Ireland he guided the team to numerous trophies in 3 seasons and to the women’s champions league for the first time in their history, also successful at Lurgan Ladies who won their league earlier this year.  

He has held a UEFA A Licence for 9 years, and now a UEFA A Elite Youth Licence candidate along with many other qualifications. His key strengths are player development, leadership, communication and teamwork and he has worked with a number of girls and women who have progressed to international squads. 

We are excited to welcome Ryan on board and to build for 2020.
